Lift is a product of getlift, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation based in New York. Questions about anything on this page can be sent to hello@getlift.nyc.
Two kinds of information. First, what you give us directly: your name, work email and anything else you include when you contact us or create an account. Second, the creative material and performance data you or your team upload for evaluation.
Uploaded creative and performance data is used to produce evaluations for your organization. Contact details are used to reply to you and to administer accounts. We do not sell personal information.
Your creative remains yours. We do not publish it, share it with other customers, or present it as an example without written permission.
We keep data for as long as an account is active, and delete it on request. Write to hello@getlift.nyc to request access, correction or deletion of your data.
We use third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, storage and processing. They act on our instructions and are bound by their own confidentiality obligations.
This site uses only what is needed to serve the page and keep you signed in where applicable. It does not run advertising trackers.
Lift evaluates short-form video creative and returns observations and suggested changes. You may use it for your own organization's work, or work you are authorised to act on.
Evaluations describe how creative compares with a body of reference work. They are not a guarantee of performance, and they do not replace your team's judgment.
We may update the service and these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Either side may end an agreement in writing. On termination, your data is deleted on request as described above.
